Event Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before purchasing or using your ticket to enter POP TOY SHOW Singapore 2023. By purchasing or using the ticket, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:

  1. Ticket Usage:
    • Each ticket permits a participant to exchange for an entry wristband.
    • Wristbands can be collected by showing your order confirmation email receipt at the ticketing outside the event hall.
    • There will be 3 different wristbands
      • Wristband 1 for day 1 (Green)
      • Wristband 2 for day 2 (Blue)
      • Wristband 3 for day 3 (Red)
    • Should you purchase a 1-day ticket, you can choose to claim for an entry wristband for one specific day only.
    • Should you purchase a 2-day ticket, you can choose to claim for 2 specific days.
    • Should you purchase a 3-day ticket, you will receive one wristband for each show day.
    • Multi day ticket purchases will not be entitled to claim for 2-3 wristbands for the same day of entry for multi user usage.
    • Entry to the event is allowed for participants who have presented wristbands that are worn appropriately and have not been tampered with.
    • Tickets & Wristbands shall not be or attempted to be resold, transferred, or offered or made available for sale or resale
  2. Ticket Purchase:
    • Tickets are sold subject to availability.
    • All ticket sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided, except as required by law or at the discretion of the event organis
    • Lost, stolen or damaged tickets may not be replaced.
    • Lost, stolen or damaged wristbands may not be replaced.
  1. Age Restrictions:
    • The event may have age restrictions and attendees must comply with the specified age requirements.
    • Valid identification, such as a driver's license or passport, may be required for age verification. Failure to provide appropriate identification may result in denied entry.
    • Any person under the age of 7 may enter the event for free but must be accompanied and supervised at all times by his or her parent or guardian who must hold a ticket or wristband.
  1. Code of Conduct:
    • Attendees must adhere to the event's code of conduct, which promotes a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
    • Any behaviour that is disruptive, harmful or violates the rights of others may result in removal from the event without refund.
    • No food or beverages are to be brought into the event.
    • Pets or animals are not allowed into the event
    • Dress Code
      • Attendees are expected to dress appropriately, considering the nature of the event and the comfort of others
      • Revealing, excessively suggestive, or lewd attire that may offend or make others uncomfortable is strictly prohibited.
      • Cosplay or costumes are permitted, but they should comply with decency standards and avoid explicit or sexually suggestive content.
      • The event organiser reserves the right to determine the appropriateness of attire.
      • Event staff and security personnel may approach individuals whose attire is deemed inappropriate and request modifications or changes.
      • Failure to comply with the event organiser's instructions may result in denied entry or removal from the event without refund.
      • Attendees participating in cosplay or wearing costumes should ensure they are not excessively revealing or sexually suggestive.
      • Nudity, partial nudity, or attire that exposes intimate areas is strictly prohibited.
      • Props or accessories accompanying costumes should not pose a safety risk or be used to harass or intimidate others.
  1. Security and Safety:
    • All attendees are subject to security checks, including bag inspections, metal detectors and other measures deemed necessary by the event organiser or venue.
    • Prohibited items, such as weapons, illegal substances, and other dangerous objects, are strictly prohibited and will be confiscated.
    • Attendees must comply with all instructions provided by event staff and security personnel.
    • Participants with disabilities should seeks assistance from any Security or Event staff for assistance should the need arise.
  2. Photography and Filming:
    • Photography and filming may be permitted during the event, subject to the event organiser's policies.
    • Attendees may be filmed or photographed by event organisers or authorised parties, and their likeness may be used for promotional purposes without compensation.
  1. Event Changes or Cancellation:
    • The event organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, lineup, venue, or any other aspect, without prior notice.
    • In the event of cancellation or significant changes, the event organiser will make reasonable efforts to provide refunds or alternative arrangements, as determined by their policies and applicable laws.
  2. Liability:
    • Attendees voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event.
    • The event organiser, venue, and their affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or theft of personal belongings, unless caused by their proven negligence.
  3. Reporting Concerns:
    • Attendees who observe or experience inappropriate attire or behaviour are encouraged to report their concerns to event staff or security personnel.
    • Reports will be treated seriously and appropriate action will be taken, including addressing the issue and, if necessary, involving law enforcement.
  1. Data Capture
    • The Ticket Purchaser and Ticket Holders hereby agree and consent to the collection, use, disclosure and/or processing of their personal information by the event organizers (and/or their employees, agents or contractors) in accordance with the purposes as set out in its privacy policy.
